Terms: Plowing triggers at 2" of snow, then every 3" after. Plow trucks: 1-hr minimum. Roof crews: 2-hr minimum per man. Heavy equipment: 2-hr minimum transport + 1-hr operating. Commercial lots cleared by 7:30am. Billing net 14 days. 10% late fee. 3% credit card fee — ACH free.
